What are the shipping charges?
No shipping charges are there.
When will my products be dispatched?
Your product will be dispatched within 1-2 days of placing order. Exceptions can be there on Sundays or public holidays.
When will I receive my products?
It will take 3-4 days for metro cities and 7-10 days for Rest of India to reach.
How can I track my products ordered?
You will be able to track your order on the courier company’s website through the link in your shipping confirmation email.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it
How can I apply for a refund?
You can initiate the request within 7 days of receiving the products and wait for our email for further instructions.
How much is the COD charges?

What if there is a size issue?
We do offer size exchange once for one product. Drop us a mail at ‘thebonteofficial@gmail.com’ and wait for further instructions. If the particular product is available we will initiate the delivery once we received the wrong size product. If the particular size is not available with us then the customer needs to choose some other product.
Who will bear the return/exchange shipping cost?
These will be borne by the customer.
