  • In case of return kindly contact us at thebonteofficial@gmail.com ,within 07 days of receipt of product.
  • In case the customer complains after 07 days of receiving the product, The Bonte “Guru Nanak Garments” wont be able to entertain the same.
  • The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that The Bonte “Guru Nanak Garments” shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
  • Kindly wait for the instructions from The Bonte “Guru Nanak Garments” regarding the same
  • DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Team The Bonte “Guru Nanak Garments”.
  • In case any product is returned without such confirmation, The Bonte “Guru Nanak Garments” does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
  • If the issue is genuine, we will arrange the reverse pickup.
  • In case of a defective product received by the customer, the refund amount will get credited in the Original mode of payment in 24-48 hours after the return shipment is received.
  • In case of size issue, the customer should mention the proper size he/she wants in the mail. If the particular product is available we will initiate the delivery once we receive the wrong size product.
  • If the particular size is not available with us then the customer needs to choose some other product.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days from the day you’ve received the confirmation mail from The Bonte, transit time is not included within this time frame.
  • Items must be sent back with the copy of invoice and tags.
  • We do not accept any return/exchange for the products sold in sale.
  • Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) – if the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted
  • If you’ve asked for an item which is more expensive than your return, the item will be refunded and after you place a new order online
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
  • Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don’t be alarmed if you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t heard from us yet
  • All exchanges are sent out on a standard service
